Milestone - August 27 - September 2, 2002
U.S. Highway 12 Coalition attends Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days with an informational booth highlighting the coalition's efforts. During the five-day fair, 1,207 citizens signed the coalition's petition supporting the four-laning of U.S. Highway 12. As of September 2, 2002 the coalition gathered a total of 3,545 citizen signatures and 170 business signatures.
